Search and Create an Employment Entity (Company)

Locate and join an existing employment entity to connect yourself to the appropriate organisational structure within the platform. This step ensures you can collaborate with the correct team and access the relevant information and functionality associated with your organisation.

• Search Existing Entity: Quickly find your employment entity in the system by typing its name into the search field.
• Request to Join: Once you have found your employment entity, click join to submit a request to join.
• Await Approval: Your request will be reviewed by an authorised user within the entity. Once approved, you will be granted access and connected to the organisation within the platform.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. I received the email, but I don’t know how to access the platform.

Resolution Steps

• Open the email received from Endura.
• Note the email address used for the invitation.
• Manually open your web browser.
• Enter the correct Endura platform URL (provided by your organisation/admin).
• Click Sign Up.
• Enter the same email address that received the invitation.
• Proceed with verification.

2. “I didn’t receive the join request email.”

Resolution Steps

• Confirm that your email address was entered correctly.
• Check your spam/Junk folder or Clutter/Quarantine folders.
• Search your inbox for “Endura”.

3. I cannot create a password; it keeps getting rejected.

Resolution Steps

Create a password with minimum 8 characters and ensure it includes at least 3 of the following:

• Uppercase letters (A-Z).
• Lowercase letters (a-z).
• Numbers (0–9).
• Symbols (e.g. @, #,!).
• Avoid common passwords (e.g. Password123).
• Re-enter password and confirm.

4.  My company does not appear when I search for it.

Resolution Steps

• Double-check the platform URL you are using.
• Use partial company name in search.
• Confirm with your admin if the entity has been created on Endura.

5. I clicked ‘Join’ what happens next?

Resolution Steps

• After clicking Join, wait for confirmation.
• The system sends a join request to the entity’s inbox.
• Notify your company admin that your request is pending approval.
• Wait for approval notification.

6. I requested to join an entity but still don’t have access.

Resolution Steps

• Confirm that you clicked Join successfully. You can also try to click join again to be certain. 
• It's also possible that Approval from admin is still pending. Reach out to admin to confirm this. 

7. I’ve been approved but still cannot access the company.

Resolution Steps

• Log out of Endura.
• Clear browser cache or open a new browser.
• Log back in.
• Check if the company is now visible.
• If the issue persists, ask the platform admin to confirm approval and verify role assignment. 

8. The wrong entity shows up when I search.

Resolution Steps

• Check exact entity name as names can be similar. 
• Search using the entities Full name or unique registration number 
• Escalate the issue to platform admin to Confirm the correct entity name.

9. I joined the wrong entity by mistake.

Resolution Steps

• Search for the correct entity and request to join.
• Notify the platform Admin to not approve the request from the incorrect entity.
